If you're not pleased with your purchase, please contact us and we will give you a refund or replacement for the same product, if damaged. While we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as painless as possible with our "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee".

To qualify for a refund or replacement, items MUST be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product, a replacement will be sent immediately or a refund will be applied using the original payment method. Please note that payment processed via debit/credit card may take 5-10 business days to be completed depending on your bank’s policies. If shipping via our pre-paid label, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund. If shipping using your own label, a full refund will be issued. Calming Dog will not cover return shipping expenses unless you are submitting an exchange and using our pre-paid label.
