How long will it take to ship my carrier?

All of our products ship same day if an order is received before 4pm ET! All orders ship via expedited ground shipping by default, which takes anywhere from 2-4 business days to arrive at your door, depending on how far you live from the warehouse.

Is it machine washable?

Yes it is! All you need to do is machine wash the cover on cold temperature and dry on low heat.

Are the carriers chew proof?

While all our carriers are “tear resistant” meaning, it holds up better against digging and scratching than most types of dog carriers, they are not 100% chew proof for determined dogs. However - we don't get many reports of chewed up products. That's partially because we do a good job of hiding the zipper and sewing the seams properly.
